Banana Pancakes & Spicy Rice
Tonight, my high school principal came over for dinner. Although I had quite the truancy collection back in the olden days, I never thought that would happen. We had spicy jambalaya and banana pancakes, our family’s choice Sunday dinner. Afterwards, we played the most entertaining game of Apples to Apples I’ve ever experienced. Ruzicka family, who knew?
